The Rainbow After a Storm

Everyone experiences roadblocks in their lives. Whether it be from a tragedy or just a difficult circumstance, we often find ourselves wondering where the rainbow is. The truth is that there are rainbows right in front of us that we cannot see until the storm clears. But, this was not the case for Lova Warrick and her family.

When Lova had to be relocated to a different room at Emerald Pointe on Christmas Eve due to severe weather and a waterline break, she made the best out of the unforeseen circumstances. Her rainbow had then become very clear. To her daughter and granddaughter's surprise, when they came to visit (which they do daily), they found her eating in the dining room, which is so out of character for her. Since her room change, she has become more active in doing more outside of her room, including in activities, and her family couldn’t be more pleased. Although Lova had no complaints about her room before, she is even happier in her new room and newfound confidence.



We couldn't be more proud of Lova for stepping outside her comfort zone and growing in ways none of us could have predicted. We look at Lova's experience as inspiration for all of us to see past the storm where there is a rainbow. No matter what you’re going through, even at the darkest times of your life, you can always find your rainbow.
