October Employee Spotlight

Emerald Pointe’s October spotlight is so bright it can be seen from miles away!

For October, our spotlight is shining down on one of our full-time Dietary Aides, Natasha Simmons! When our team thinks of Natasha, we think of a true hard worker who is here to do more than just prepare hot meals for our residents. Natasha helps out our Dietary Team in many ways, picking up extra shifts and doing all she can to help her department run smoothly.



In addition to helping our dietary team, Natasha is a huge help to our floor staff, especially new hires. Natasha knows our residents' diets, restrictions, likes and dislikes like the back of her hand. She has many talents when it comes to knowing her way around the kitchen while also being mentioned by new hires as someone very helpful in learning about the residents and promoting a fine dining experience.

Our team thanks Natasha for all the extra time, dedication and energy she puts into every dish. Emerald Pointe sends a big thank you and congratulations! Natasha Simmons, you are appreciated by us all here at Emerald!
