Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Foundations Health is seeking a licensed Administrator (LNHA) to join our exceptional team at Emerald Pointe Health & Rehabilitation in Barnesville, OH. Emerald Pointe is a 64 bed all private room rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Eastern Ohio.

Salary Ranges from $85 - $110k, based on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall census of the facility as well as the efficient and profitable operation of the facility, to ensure that it remains in compliance with policies and procedures, State and Federal rules and regulations, retention and financial performance.
