January Employee of the Month

At Emerald Pointe, we know that to provide the best care, we must find the right people who will be in the right places doing the right things for the right reasons. Our team is filled with outstanding individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to provide our residents with the best quality of life possible. We like to show our appreciation to them by sharing with the community all of the wonderful ways that make them unique. This month, we'd like to recognize our January Employee of the Month, STNA, Kayla King!
Kayla just surpassed her one-year hire date anniversary, and since joining our team, she’s made such a huge impact. Kayla provides a hardworking attitude, and one can easily tell that being an STNA is her passion in everything that she does. Kayla had a total of eight votes from co-workers who nominated her as Employee of the Month. They all had wonderful things to say about her. They shared that Kayla is a solid STNA who has a lot of experience. She is very helpful when it comes to covering other halls and picking up shifts when it's needed.

Co-workers and residents alike both share a special bond with Kayla. A few residents wanted to share that she is so helpful because she always does such a thorough job. Another resident shared that she really enjoys Kayla taking care of her because she knows her full routine and always takes the time to go the extra mile to help make her comfortable. Kayla's attention to detail and compassion is like no other!
