February Employee of the Month

On behalf of Emerald Pointe, it is with great pride and admiration that we congratulate our Employee of the Month for February, Dara Lucas, STNA!



When one speaks of the qualities of a great STNA, Dara checks every box! She is dedicated, compassionate, hardworking, and so much more. The impact Dara makes is apparent when talking to her residents. Dara’s residents and coworkers all had great things to say about her. One resident shared that Dara is personable, kind, and has a great personality. He added that she goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure he has what he needs.

Another resident shared that Dara is so polite and that she considers Dara to be like a niece to her. She loves to talk, laugh and joke with Dara throughout the day! Dara's coworkers shared that she is the epitome of a team player, always offering a helping hand. We are so lucky to have someone like Dara on our team.
