December Employee of the Month

On behalf of Emerald Pointe, it is with great pride and admiration that we congratulate our December Employee of the Month, Rachel Trigg, for the amazing care she provides!

Rachel's peers voted for her to receive this award and had many great things to say about her. They said Rachel shows her dedication through the hours she puts in and the effort she makes for our team. Rachel is a team player and is very helpful on the floor to her fellow STNAs and Nurses. She’s been seen many times answering call lights, helping with dressing changes, and even going out and getting lunch for her co-workers.



Rachel has worked as an STNA on our team since the beginning of 2021. She enrolled in the nursing program and just recently passed her nursing boards, obtaining her LPN license. One can easily see Rachel has worked very hard at growing her career. Our team couldn’t be prouder of her accomplishments!

We thank Rachel for the commitment and care she provides to her residents and the teamwork and dedication she shows to our staff. You are appreciated by us all here at Emerald Pointe!
